Listening
Listening involves innovating to serve everyone, for example by offering low-cost fuels without sacrificing product and service quality or helping to design the car of the future, light, innovative and renewable.
Mutual support
Mutual support means being there when we can help. In Côte d’Ivoire for our colleagues during the political upheaval; in Indonesia, Cameroon and Kenya for those without access to energy.
